Windmill Cafe is a cool beach cafe located in the Historic Lincoln Windmill Building just 2 blocks walking to the world famous Santa Cruz Harbor and Twin Lakes Beach in Santa Cruz, CA. Decorated each month with a new local artists' work, we are a place to relax and enjoy a delicious meal.
